Filing Trademark Application: 

  1. A Power of Attorney signed and stamped with the Corporate Seal.
  2. A printing block and sixteen prints of the mark.
  3. The list of goods or services to be covered.
  4. The full particulars of the applicant.

Filing Patent Application:

  1. A power of attorney simply signed and stamped by the Applicant with the Corporate Seal.
  2. Formal drawings.
  3. Specifications and claims in French language.
  4. A Deed of Assignment document simply signed by the inventor(s) if the Applicant and the inventor(s) are not the same.
  5. Priority document if priority is claimed.
  6. A Certificate of Guarantee of the invention is subject of international exhibitions or if it is officially known.

Filing Design Application:

  1. A power of attorney simply signed by the applicant.
  2. The name, address, nationality and occupation of the applicant.
  3. Three representations of the model or design.
  4. The article(s) covered by the design and the material used in producing the design.
  5. A brief description of the design pointing out its novel aspects (one page).
  6. One copy of the specifications and drawings.
  7. A deed of assignment from the inventor to the applicant, if the applicant is not the inventor.
  8. A certificate of guarantee if the model or design is subject of international exhibitions or if it is officially known.
  9. A certified copy of the home registration if priority is to be claimed

Filing Copyright Application:

  1. A power of attorney simply signed.
  2. Six copies of the copyright work.
  3. A copy of the home registration certificate or a registration valid elsewhere.
