Filing Design Application:

A power of
attorney executed by the applicant and duly
notarized and legalized up to the Yemeni Consulate.

A duly legalized
extract from the Commercial Register or a memorandum
of articles, if the applicant is a company or
corporate body.

Two photos (three
dimensions) of the model or design

A duly legalized
deed of assignment signed by the inventor, if the
applicant is not the inventor.

A certified copy
of the priority documents, if priority is to be
claimed.
Filing Copyright Application:
The Unified Intellectual Property Law No. 19 for the
year 1994 provides for the protection of copyright
works. However, the absence of regulations has delayed
its implementation.
Our above quoted charges are for filing applications up
to registration in normal cases. They do not include any
charges for late filing of documents, reporting and
responding to official actions. Likewise, it is our
firms policy to ask our clients to send all their
instructions and inquiries to our Head Office in Amman,
Jordan, and we will handle the matter promptly and send
our colleagues the necessary instructions in the Arab
